Miranda Linton

Miranda Linton heads up the bankruptcy division in our Oxford, Mississippi Office. Originally from Corinth, Mississippi Miranda is now a resident of Oxford Mississippi and a member of First Baptist Church.

She studied Political Science and Psychology at the University of Mississippi from 1999-2003 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in May of 2003. Miranda attended the University of Mississippi School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2006.

Miranda served as both vice-president and then president of the Public Interest Law Foundation, and was awarded the Adam’s and Reese Pro Bono Award in 2006. Ms. Linton was also the treasurer of the Christian Legal Society and an editor for the Space Law Journal. Throughout law school, Ms. Linton volunteered her time at North Mississippi Legal Services and clerked for the law firm of Hill & Minyard, P.A.
